What is the Living Blanket?

The Living Blanket is a creative collaboration composed of self-portraits displayed on fabric by women from around the world.  These self-portraits are sewn together showing identities and experiences, generating an exchange of dialogue, and analysis of the state of our societies around the globe.  The living blanket will circulate and continue to grow endlessly among human communities and serve as a vehicle for a message of peace.  Each self-portrait on fabric is scanned and displayed on the website (visualiser votre carré).
